AA Billet Primary Clutch for Polaris RZR Pro R

Prevent clutch failure with Aftermarket Assassins Full Billet Aluminum Primary Clutch.  This billet clutch can be used with OEM spring and weights or can be upgraded with Aftermarket Assassins Stage 3 clutch kit.

Features:

  • Clutch is sold bare without weights or spring - uses factory style spring & weights, AA clutch kit highly recommended

  • This clutch uses factory style springs and weights for an easy swap from your current setup or upgrade to one of our clutch kits.  We set out to make a billet clutch that is reasonably priced for the quality and utilizes OEM clutch parts (or AA/other clutch kits) to further keep cost down.

  • Made from 6061 billet aluminum for improved clutch strength and durability

  • This is a must-have for those running higher horsepower turbocharged vehicles, but will work excellent on any Pro R

  • OEM clutch sheaves are known to wear out due to slight slipping.  When this happens, your clutch becomes weaker and the inner sheave is usually the first to break.  This clutch will have extended life and durability against a very expensive (and trip ruining) repair later down the road.

  • Keep in mind billet clutches/sheaves are not indestructible.  If there is major belt slip or water that enters the cover, the clutch can still wear very quickly.  Always make sure to seal the cover properly and also verify peak RPM/belt slip with your current clutch setup.

  • We highly suggest running our clutch kit with this clutch

  • Billet primary is only 1/2 a pound heavier than an OEM primary

  • Clutch installs just like OEM, so instructions are not included.  A P90X Primary Clutch Puller will be needed to remove your OEM clutch.

  • Primary bolt should be set to 140ft-lbs of torque

Cast Primary Clutch with Billet Inner Sheave

  • This clutch has a cast outer (movable) sheave and spider with a billet inner sheeve for reduced cost over our full billet clutch.  The inner sheave is usually the primary failure point.
  • The inner sheave is made from 6061 billet aluminum for improved clutch strength and durability
  • OEM clutch sheaves are known to wear out due to slight slipping.  When this happens, your clutch becomes weaker and the inner sheave is usually the first to break.  This clutch will have extended life and durability against a very expensive (and trip ruining) repair later down the road.

Full Billet Clutch

  • AA full billet primary clutch for Polaris Pro R 4 cylinder Models
  • Made from 6061 billet aluminum for improved clutch strength and durability
  • This is a must-have for those running higher horsepower turbocharged vehicles, but will work excellent on any Pro R
  • OEM clutch sheaves are known to wear out due to slight slipping.  When this happens, your clutch becomes weaker and the inner sheave is usually the first to break.  This clutch will have extended life and durability against a very expensive (and trip ruining) repair later down the road.

Clutch Kit Options

  • AA offers two clutch kit options for naturally aspirated motors 225-350 HP:

    • Standard Load: The Standard Load clutch kit is meant for stock or near stock size tires and is the one for most fast pace riders or racers. If crawling with a 2 seat model on 34-35" tires we recommend the High Load setup. You'll sacrifice some acceleration but have much better low end belt grip for less belt slip.
      • 2 Seat Models: 32-35" dirt tires or 30-32" paddles
      • 4 Seat Models: 32-33" dirt tires or 28-30" paddles

    • High Load: The High Load clutch kit is meant for those with larger tires or riding style is mostly low speed crawling
      • 2 Seat Models: 36"+ dirt tires or 33"+ paddles
      • 4 Seat Models: 34"+ dirt tires or 32"+ paddles

  • AA offers two clutch kit options for Forced Induction motors that are 350+HP:

    • 1072 Helix:  1072 is the safe bet for any tire or paddle size, but especially larger tires like 35-37".  If running 450+HP on 32-33" dirt tires, 1078 helix is required.
      • 2 Seat Models: 32-37" dirt tires or 30-35" paddles
      • 4 Seat Models: 32-37" dirt tires or 30-35" paddles

    • 1078 Helix: All out performance helix for those running 450+HP consistently.
      • 2 Seat Models: 32-37" dirt tires or 32-33" paddles
      • 4 Seat Models: 32-35" dirt tires or light 32-33" paddles
