The TPR tensioner ensures proper tension is maintained on the cam chain during cold starts or roll over, effectively eliminating the risk of catastrophic engine failure. By keeping the chain taut at the optimal tension, it virtually eliminates the issue of jumping teeth on the gears, a common problem with factory tensioners.

Designed for ease of use and precise tuning, the tensioner features an easy-to-turn knob with clear laser indicators. This allows for accurate adjustments while simultaneously eliminating any unwanted cam chain noise.  The tensioner body and turning knob are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum, ensuring durability and lightweight performance. The shaft and foot internals are made from 17-4 stainless steel, providing exceptional strength, and they incorporate ARP fasteners for secure clamping.
