PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business day(s) with the exception of custom or powder coated items which typically ship in 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order may not be able to be canceled before shipment. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us as soon as possible. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee, no exceptions.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit Rugged Terrain's Return & Cancelation Policy page.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Rugged Terrain is not responsible for lost or damaged products once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged and shipping insurance was purchased, please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a claim. If shipping insurance was not purchased, Rugged Terrain cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your order while it is in transit. This coverage applies to packages that are lost or damaged during shipping and allows us to quickly resolve eligible claims. Shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages after confirmed delivery, nor does it cover cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to minor dents, scuffs, or finish variations on roll cages or other fabricated products that do not affect fit or function.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
