Recognizing a void in the industry, Aaron Wedeking established the company with the ambitious aim of producing superior suspension seats. Early customers included Off-Road Warehouse, B&R Buggy, and Meyers Manx, catapulting PRP Seats into rapid growth and earning it a distinguished reputation within off-road circles. Soon, it emerged as one of the leading seating companies, challenging established names like Beard and MasterCraft.

With the advent of UTVs such as the Polaris RZR and Yamaha Rhino, the suspension seat sector witnessed exponential expansion, and PRP Seats was at the forefront of this surge. In 2013 alone, their sales skyrocketed by over 300%, with more than half of their business coming from UTV owners.
