Our TTC 0" A arms maintain stock width with stock axles, and push the front wheels forward 3.5" without adding any lift. Our rear arms push the rear wheels back 2.5" without any lift. This kit comes complete with Front and Rear arms, TTC HD tie rods, automotive grade ball joints, SATV UHMW bushings, and all necessary hardware for installation. (Bracket lifts can not be used with any of our TTC lifts)
This makes it possible to run up to a 32" tire with zero rub although some wheel and tire combinations will require wheel spacers. (5+2 offset not recommended without 1" spacers) (4+3 offset is ideal)
GIVE US A CALL BEFORE YOU ORDER if you plan to run portals and tires larger than 35". We recommend adding front link bars to help take stress off of the lower arms and lower frame tabs, as well as a few other upgrades depending on your setup.
TTC's HD tie rods utilize a stock style ball and socket type inner tie rod end. The stage 2 "Heim Style" tie rods use a custom clevis and a 5/8 heim joint as an inner tie rod. The ball and socket inner tie rod on the HD tie rods is a known weak link. The Stage 2 tie rods remove that weak link.
What is the 2 bolt design front upper arm upgrade? (Not available for 2022 + year models) This upgrade is for those extreme builds or those having trouble with the upper frame tabs weltering or ripping. Our 2 bolt design converts the stock front upper arms from the long 10mm bolt, to two 12mm bolts at the frame. This increases strength and drastically decreases the possibility of ripping the upper frame tabs. Our 2 bolt design kit comes with all the parts and hardware needed for installation. (This upgrade requires welding two extra tabs to the frame on each side.)
