Upgrade your 2011-14 RZR XP 900 with our premium replacement TIED clutch, ideal for situations where your stock secondary is beyond repair. Paired with our exclusive spring and helix, this clutch is customizable to perfectly match your machine and riding style. It's the perfect solution for those with a functional primary clutch or who have already upgraded their primary clutch and are in need of a replacement secondary clutch.

Fits 2011-14 2 & 4 Seat RZR XP 900 Models. Please note that it will NOT fit 2015+ models.

The clutch comes fully assembled, making installation a breeze. Simply remove your old worn-out secondary and slide ours into place. This clutch upgrade is excellent for both stock and modified machines, providing wicked throttle response, quicker downshifts, and more consistent clutch performance. You also have the option to remove engine braking in the secondary clutch, allowing for freer wheeling when off the throttle.

Experience reduced belt slap on the clutch cover, leading to improved belt life and longevity, especially when running larger tires or paddles. Cooler running belt temperatures are another benefit, making this upgrade particularly advantageous for machines with larger tires.

We offer two clutch kit options:
1. Standard Load: Designed for stock or near-stock size tires (26-30"). Perfect for most fast-paced trail riders or racers.
2. High Load: Meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger. High-load applications like mudding and dune riding may require slight adjustments.

If you're planning to run 34-35" tires on stock gearing, please contact us about a stiffer secondary spring to ensure optimal performance.

You have the choice of retaining engine braking, similar to the factory setup or removing it. Faster-pace trail riders, racers, or dune riders typically opt to remove engine braking, while slower-pace riders, such as those into the mud, rock crawling, or very hilly terrain, usually prefer to keep it in place.

Each kit includes a fully assembled replacement Tied secondary clutch with our AA secondary spring and a custom-cut AA helix. We recommend using the Tied clutch belt removal tool for installation.
