Our Off-road Tubing Disconnects are highly effective in safeguarding your engine and other essential components of your vehicle. These flat tubing disconnects are particularly well-suited for use on bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. They are versatile and compatible with a wide range of off-road vehicles, including Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides.

At AJK Offroad, we've designed our tubing disconnects for easy installation near other components, allowing both bolts to start from the same direction. We secure the two pieces together using two 3/8-16 SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screws).

Our tubing coupler features a generously sized weld chamfer, ensuring a clean and secure weld to your tubing. We've also extended the end of the coupler within the tubing to ensure proper alignment. These disconnects are precision-machined in-house from 1018 steel for exceptional quality and durability.
