Our Short Off-Road Tubing Disconnects are the perfect solution for enhancing the performance and protection of your SXS bumpers, roll cages, removable racks, and vital engine components. These flat tubing disconnects are versatile and compatible with a wide range of off-road vehicles, including UTVs, Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides.

These short flat tubing disconnects utilize two 5/16-18 bolts and nylon locking nuts to securely fasten the two pieces together. Their compact length allows you to weld them closer to the bends of your tubing for added convenience.

Our tubing disconnects are designed with a substantial weld chamfer, making it easy to achieve a clean and secure weld to your tubing. The end protrudes into the tubing sufficiently for a proper alignment. These disconnects are precision CNC-machined in-house from 1018 steel, ensuring top-notch quality.
