AJK Offroad Short Flat Tubing Disconnects

Our short off-road tubing disconnects offer exceptional versatility for various applications, including SXS bumpers, roll cages, removable racks, and engine protection in off-road vehicles like UTVs, Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides.

These disconnects are designed to be mounted close to other components, allowing both bolts to start from the same direction. We use two 3/8-16 SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screws) to securely hold the two pieces together. For the 1" disconnects, only one bolt is used.

The short length of these disconnects enables you to weld them closer to the bends of your tubing, providing flexibility in installation. They feature a large weld chamfer to facilitate smooth welding to your tubing, and the protrusion length is carefully designed for proper alignment within the tubing.

Our off-road tubing disconnects are CNC machined in-house from durable 1018 steel, ensuring both precision and robustness.
