S&B Washable Replacement Air Filter for 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R

S&B'S HUGE DRY, CLEANABLE FILTER FLOWS THE BEST

Using their proprietary dry synthetic media, their RZR filter flows better than stock and provides more air to the filter.

S&B Filters offers a high-performance replacement air filter designed specifically for Polaris RZR vehicles, delivering an exceptional upgrade to the stock air filter. Engineered with precision and quality in mind, this replacement filter is tailored to fit seamlessly into Polaris RZR, ensuring a hassle-free installation process.

Constructed with advanced dry synthetic materials, the S&B Filters replacement air filter enhances filtration efficiency to 99.96% while increasing airflow by 9.57%. The filter media is designed to capture a higher percentage of airborne contaminants, such as dust, dirt, and debris, providing superior engine protection. This is crucial for all off-roaders to protect the engine while getting optimum performance.

FILTER MAINTENANCE CLEANING THIS FILTER IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3

Their RZR filter is super easy to clean. Just follow the steps below to breathe new life into your dirty filter. If the filter media or rubber looks damaged, do not reuse it.

STEP 1

First, make sure to wear protective eyewear throughout the cleaning process. Remove the dirty air filter from the UTV's airbox and lightly tap the top several times on a hard service to knock out any debris, being careful not to bend the cage or pleats.

STEP 2

Blow out the filter from the inside out using the nozzle no closer than 1" from the media. Continue to move the nozzle taking care not to focus it on one specific area. Use an OSHA-approved regulator at no more than 30psi.

STEP 3

Use the nozzle to blow out the outside of the filter at an angle to remove any large debris that was not removed in Steps 1 and 2. Be careful not to blow debris back into the media. Then blow out once more from the inside out.

STEP 4

Use a standard garden hose turned up to 75% of its max strength and wash the filter from the inside out.

STEP 5

Wash the outside of the filter to remove the remaining debris. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the media is returned close to its original white color. Allow the filter to dry before use. A small fan can be used to accelerate the process. Do not use hot air.
