L&W Fab Tie Rod Set for 2026 Polaris RZR XP S

This is a complete set of L&W Fab tie rods for the 2026 Polaris RZR XP S and XP S 4. The rods are made from 6061 aluminum in America, come with spindle ends, and carry a lifetime warranty on the tie rods themselves. Choose M16 HD rebuildable ends or M16 clevis ends.

WHAT IT DOES

Tie rods connect your steering to the front wheels. When you turn the wheel, they push and pull the front knuckles (spindles) so the tires point where you want to go. Sitting low and out front, they are exposed to rocks, stumps and ruts. A bent tie rod throws off your steering and alignment, and a broken one can end your ride. Upgraded tie rods are one of the most common steering upgrades on an SXS for that reason.

Each tie rod has ends that act as pivot joints. The spindle end is the end that attaches to the spindle at the wheel. The ends are the part that wears over time.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

• Style: this picks which ends come on your tie rods. Both choices use M16 (16 mm metric) threads.
• M16 (HD Rebuildable Ends / 18 Month Warranty on Ends): L&W Fab's heavy duty ends. "Rebuildable" means the end can be serviced when it wears instead of thrown away. They are fully rebuildable, ship assembled with grease and ready to install, are compatible with all L&W Fab tie rods plus many others, start with heat treated 4140 steel with a black oxide finish, and carry an 18 month warranty.
• M16 Clevis Ends: clevis ends are forked, U-shaped ends that a bolt passes straight through.
