L&W Fab Sway Bar Link Replacement Bushing Kit for Polaris RZR XP 1000, XP Turbo, Turbo S, Pro XP, Turbo R & Pro R

This is a replacement bushing kit for L&W Fab sway bar links on the Polaris RZR XP 1000, XP Turbo, Turbo S, Pro XP, Turbo R and Pro R. It is a set of 8 misalignment spacers.

WHAT IT DOES

A sway bar connects the left and right sides of the suspension to reduce body roll in corners. The sway bar links are the short rods that connect the ends of the sway bar to the suspension, and the joints at their ends pivot constantly.

L&W Fab sway bar links use uniball joints at their ends. A uniball is a spherical bearing (a ball inside a housing) that lets the link swivel in many directions. On each side of the ball sits a misalignment spacer, which centers the ball in its mount and lets it swivel without binding. These spacers wear over time, and worn spacers can cause clunking or slop. This kit replaces them.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

Model: Pick the model that matches your machine. 1K/TURBO/HIGHLIFTER is for the RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo (including High Lifter models). Pro XP is for the RZR Pro XP. Turbo S is for the RZR XP Turbo S. Pro R and Turbo R are separate choices.
Uniball Diameter Size: Choose 12mm or 15mm to match the uniballs in your existing L&W sway bar links. The spacers have to match the uniball size to fit. If you are not sure which size your links use, call us before you order.
