L&W Fab Long Travel Radius Rods Flex Edition for 2020+ Polaris RZR Pro XP
These Flex Edition long travel radius rods from L&W Fab are made for one setup: a Polaris RZR Pro XP or Pro XP 4 running the L&W Fab Pro XP Long Travel Kit with portals. If that describes your machine, these rods are the rear links built to match it. They are offered raw or in 16 powder coat colors.
WHAT RADIUS RODS DO
The rear suspension on the RZR Pro XP is a trailing arm design. The trailing arm runs forward from each rear wheel to the frame, and the radius rods are the side to side links that connect the rear hub area to the chassis. Together they control where the rear wheel sits as the suspension moves up and down, including its camber (how much the top of the tire leans in or out). A long travel kit pushes the wheels farther out from the frame, so it needs longer radius rods than the factory ones.
WHAT PORTALS ARE
Portals are gear boxes mounted at each wheel. They drop the wheel's center below the axle, which raises the machine, and they add gear reduction so the machine can turn much larger tires. L&W lists these radius rods specifically for long travel builds that use portals.
