L&W Fab Long Travel Kit for 2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000

This bolt-on long travel kit from L&W Fab is built for the 2026 Polaris RZR XP 1000. It takes the 64 inch wide XP and widens it by 4 inches on each side, for a 72 inch stance with stock offset wheels. A wider stance makes the machine more stable. Installation is bolt-on, and everything you need comes in the kit except the axles.

WHAT A LONG TRAVEL KIT DOES

A long travel kit replaces the suspension arms with longer ones that push each wheel farther out from the frame. The wider track makes the machine harder to tip on side hills and off camber trails. Because the wheels sit farther apart, the kit also needs longer axles, which is why the axles listed below are required.

1.75 inch forward offset: the front A-arms move the front wheels 1.75 inches forward. That lengthens the wheelbase for more stability on climbs and descents, and moves the tire away from the back of the fender for more tire room. Adjustable uppers: the upper front A-arms and the upper rear radius rods can be lengthened or shortened to fine tune your wheel alignment (camber). High clearance: the arms are shaped to sit higher, so there is more room between the arms and the rocks, stumps and ruts underneath. DOM: drawn over mandrel steel tubing with a consistent wall. Rebuildable inner joints: when the tie rod joints wear, they can be serviced instead of replacing the whole tie rod.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

Color: the powder coat color of the steel parts (the A-arms and trailing arms). Powder coat is a baked on finish that is tougher than paint. Choose Raw if you do not want powder coating; raw steel is bare metal and will rust unless you paint or coat it yourself.
Powder Coat Radius Rods: the radius rods are billet aluminum and are not powder coated as standard. Choose No to receive them uncoated. Choose Yes to have L&W powder coat the radius rods as well, for an added charge shown in the option.

Axles are NOT included. This kit requires Rhino 2.0 XP Long Travel Axles, SATV (SuperATV) part AX-1-102-F-LT4-DT, sold separately.
You must run a 15 inch wheel with this kit or use a 1 inch wheel spacer.
This kit only comes with forward offset front A-arms.
The A-arms take stock size (factory size) ball joints only.
Only the steel parts come powder coated. Powder coating the aluminum radius rods is an extra cost option.
