L&W Fab Full Suspension Kit for 2020+ Polaris RZR Pro XP

If you want to replace the main suspension arms and links on your Polaris RZR Pro XP all at once, this kit from L&W Fab does it in one order. It bundles their trailing arms, A-arms, radius rods, tie rods and rear sway bar links into one package built for the Pro XP and Pro XP 4.

WHAT IT DOES

Your suspension is the set of arms and links that hold each wheel to the frame and let it move up and down over rocks, ruts and jumps. This kit swaps the major pieces for L&W Fab parts in one go:

A-arms (front, full kit): the upper and lower arms that hold each front wheel. High clearance designs give more room underneath for rocks and logs.
Trailing arms (rear): the long arms that run from the middle of the frame back to each rear wheel. They take a lot of the hits underneath, which is why heavy duty versions are popular.
Radius rods (full kit): the rods that keep each rear wheel lined up as the suspension moves.
Tie rods: the links that connect your steering to the front wheels.
Rear sway bar links: the short links that connect the rear sway bar to the suspension so the machine stays flatter in turns.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

Color: this is the powder coat color, a tough baked-on finish that resists chips and rust. Only the steel parts (the A-arms and trailing arms) are powder coated in the color you pick. The aluminum parts (tie rods, radius rods and sway bar links) come in raw billet aluminum no matter which color you choose. Choose Raw if you do not want powder coating on the steel parts either.

DETAILS - PLEASE READ

Fits Pro XP models only. It will not fit other RZR models.
The color you pick applies to the A-arms and trailing arms only. Tie rods, radius rods and sway bar links come raw billet aluminum. L&W Fab offers powder coated radius rods as a separate upgrade; call us if you want them.
L&W Fab lists A-arm bushings (Performance SXS Bushings, full kit) and Keller Performance ball joints (set of 4) as add on upgrades for this kit. They are not part of the base kit.
L&W Fab notes that the trailing arms carry their own warranty terms; ask us if you want the full trailing arm warranty details.
Rugged Terrain recommends replacing worn bushings and ball joints when you install new arms, since old bushings are often damaged during removal.
