L&W Fab Full Suspension Kit for 2018-2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo S
This is a complete L&W Fab suspension package for the 2018-2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo S and Turbo S 4. It bundles the main L&W Fab suspension parts into one order: trailing arms, radius rods, tie rods, rear sway bar links and a full set of A-arms. It is made in America and carries a lifetime warranty. This kit is for Turbo S models only.
WHAT A FULL SUSPENSION KIT DOES
Your RZR's suspension is made of several arms and links that hold each wheel in place while letting it move up and down. The A-arms locate the front wheels. In the rear, the trailing arms run forward from each hub to the frame, and the radius rods hold the rear wheel's alignment as it moves. The tie rods connect the steering to the front wheels, and the sway bar links tie the rear sway bar to the suspension to control body roll.
This kit replaces all of them with L&W Fab parts in one order.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

Color: Pick the powder coat color for the steel parts (A-arms and trailing arms), or pick Raw if you do not want powder coating. Powder coat is a durable, baked on finish. Raw is bare, uncoated metal, good if you plan to paint or coat the parts yourself.

A-Arm Style: High Clearance arms are shaped to give more room under the arm for rocks, ruts and stumps. The 1.75" Forward arms move the front wheels 1.75 inches forward, which lengthens the wheelbase for more stability on climbs and descents and gives larger tires more room away from the fenders.

Powder Coat Radius Rods: Choose No to get the radius rods in raw billet aluminum, or Yes to have the radius rods powder coated.

Radius Rod Style (free choice): You also pick your radius rod style from a separate dropdown on this page at no extra charge. Direct Bolt rods bolt in where the factory rods go. 2 Heim Adjustable rods use a heim joint (an adjustable ball joint style rod end) at each end, so their length can be adjusted to fine tune rear alignment.

Only the steel parts (A-arms and trailing arms) are powder coated in the color you pick. The aluminum parts (tie rods, radius rods and sway bar links) come raw billet aluminum unless you choose Yes for powder coated radius rods.
