This is a brake line extension from L&W Fab for L&W Fab XP and Pro XP long travel kits on the Polaris RZR. Each listing is for one brake line extension. It is a stainless steel braided DOT brake hose with banjo fittings on both ends, 60 inches in overall length.

WHY YOU NEED IT

A long travel kit moves each wheel, and the brake caliper on it, farther out from the frame. The brake hose that carries fluid to the caliper has to reach that new position and still have slack as the suspension moves through its full travel. A factory length hose may be too short for that, so a longer line is used.

WHAT THE SPECS MEAN

Banjo fitting: a round, ring shaped fitting that a hollow bolt passes through, letting brake fluid flow into the part it bolts to. 10mm is the bolt size. 20 degree and 90 degree side bend: the angle each banjo comes off the hose, which sets how the line routes. -03: a common small hose size for brake lines. Stainless steel braided: a woven steel layer that protects the hose from rubbing and helps it resist swelling under pressure. DOT: the hose is DOT rated brake hose.
