L&W Fab 2 Seat Roll Cage for 2022-2026 Polaris RZR Turbo R & Pro S

This L&W Fab 2 seat roll cage replaces the factory cage on the 2 seat Polaris RZR Pro S and Turbo R. It is built from 1.75 inch .120 wall DOM steel tubing, comes with an aluminum roof and front grab handles, and has a 7 inch chop for a lower profile than the factory cage.

WHAT A ROLL CAGE DOES

The roll cage is the frame of steel tubes around the cab. It surrounds the people inside if the machine rolls, and it is where the roof and grab handles mount. L&W Fab cages are designed to add structural support to the machine, and they are intended for off road use only.

WHAT THE SPECS MEAN

1.75 inch .120 DOM: the tubes are 1.75 inches across on the outside with a .120 inch thick wall. DOM (drawn over mandrel) is steel tubing with a consistent wall, widely used for cages and suspension. 7 inch chop: the cage is built lower than the factory cage, measured at the B pillar, the upright bar near the driver's head. A lower cage looks cleaner and lowers the overall height of the machine, but it also leaves less head room, so helmets and harnesses matter.

CHOOSING YOUR OPTIONS

Color: Raw is bare steel with no powder coat. Every other choice is a powder coat color, a baked on finish that is tougher than paint. Choose Raw if you do not want powder coating; raw steel will rust unless you paint or coat it yourself.
Roof color: L&W lets you choose a separate powder coat color for the roof. We confirm your roof color with you when we contact you after purchase to arrange freight shipping. If you choose a Raw cage, you must also choose a raw roof.

Lead time: Build time is roughly 4-8 weeks after purchase. There is no rush option on cages.
All sales are final. Cages are built to order.
If you choose a raw cage, you must choose a raw roof.
L&W will not add options for a lower windshield bar or intrusion bars.
Safety: this cage may sit lower than the factory cage and give less head clearance, so every occupant should wear a properly fitted DOT or Snell approved helmet and properly installed, adjusted multi-point harnesses.
No roll cage can prevent all injuries. The buyer and operator are responsible for proper installation, regular inspection and safe operation of the machine.

Roll cages ship by freight carrier and shipping is charged separately after purchase; freight can range from $300 to $3,500 per cage. We will contact you after you order to collect the shipping payment, or call us before you order for a shipping quote. Free pickup is available at L&W Fab in Temple, GA. Build time is roughly 4-8 weeks; call for a more exact build and ship time.

All sales are final. Roll cages are custom built to order and cannot be returned or cancelled.

When your cage arrives, inspect it before signing. The receiver must note any loss or damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery; damage that is not noted then cannot be claimed. Small blemishes in the powder coat from transit are not considered damage.
