Crafted from multi-layered, laser-cut 6061-T6 aluminum, this precision-formed grill is designed to contour seamlessly with the RZR’s front fascia. The laser-cut mesh panel is secured using aluminum PEM® inserts, giving you a secure, vibration-resistant fit and a clean finish. Black-coated stainless-steel hardware ensures long-lasting durability in the harshest environments.

The 20005FG09101 is also fully mod-friendly—disassemble the kit easily for powder coating or custom paint to match your build’s look. This grill is the perfect add-on to the DRT 20005FG06101 Front Grill or the 20005FG07101 Duner High-Flow Grill for a complete front-end transformation.
