Our Weld on Bump Stop cans are meticulously crafted using precision CNC machining rather than laser cutting, ensuring a higher degree of accuracy. These cans are constructed from 2.25" tubing with a .125" wall thickness, resulting in a 2.00" inside diameter. Following the machining process, we expertly weld on the brackets designed for the socket head cap screws.

Each of these components is supplied with two ⅜" bolts and two nylon locking nuts, ensuring a secure and reliable assembly.

Our engineering team has developed a straightforward yet exceptionally effective clamping design, rigorously tested on their personal off-road vehicles. These bump stop cans are compatible with most 2.0" bump stop setups.

Pro Tip: When conducting welding operations, it's crucial to prevent overheating of the bump stop can, as excessive heat can lead to improper fitting. Be certain that your welder is configured with the correct settings to avoid warping of the part. Always verify that your bump stop fits snugly within the can before welding it onto your frame.
