CNC-machined in the USA for increased accuracy, not laser cut.

Each Weld on Bump Stop can is precision CNC-machined, not laser cut, for increased accuracy. Made from 2.25" tubing with a .125" wall for a 2.00" inside diameter.  After it's machined, we weld on the brackets for the socket head cap screws.

Each piece comes supplied with two ⅜" bolts and two nylon locking nuts.

We use a simple, but very effective clamping design our engineers have run through countless tests on their own off road rigs. Fits must 2.0" bump stop cans.

*TIP* When welding you can overheat the bump stop can which can cause it to not fit correctly. Make sure welder is set to the correct settings. Too much heat can warp the part. Check to make sure your bump stop fits properly in the bump stop can before you weld the can on your frame.
