AJK Offroad has developed the Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray, an exceptional storage solution to optimize your vehicle's storage capacity. Compatible with both the Polaris Xpedition XP and ADV models, this bed tray effectively doubles your storage space. The design allows for easy installation by securely bolting it to the side of your UTV using the factory aluminum bed rails. The adjustable side brackets offer flexibility, enabling you to choose between a low position, providing over 11 inches of space beneath the tray, or a high position with approximately 15.5 inches of clearance.

Crafted with precision, AJK Offroad's side brackets are CNC laser cut from robust 10-gauge steel, then expertly CNC bent and powder coated in a sleek black finish. The tray itself is constructed from .125-inch thick aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity. It is firmly bolted onto the side brackets and reinforced with three braces on the underside to enhance its carrying capacity. The tray features multiple tie-down points, making it easy to secure your cargo with standard small ratchet straps or bungee cords. All components are coated with a black powder finish for superior resistance to wear and tear. AJK Offroad provides all the necessary hardware for a hassle-free installation.
