The AA Slip-On Exhaust is a perfect fit for all 2015-Up RZR 900 S, Trail, and XC models. This exhaust is precisely what your machine needs to elevate its performance. Our mission was clear: create an exhaust that not only boasts an impressive appearance and sound but also offers adjustable sound levels – all without causing a dent in your wallet (because we understand the struggle – we're not alone, right?).

When paired with AA tuning, this exhaust delivers an additional 5-7 rear wheel horsepower (RWHP), giving your machine a significant boost. When fully open, this exhaust emits a thrillingly robust and resonant roar, guaranteed to catch attention in the best way possible.

Yearning for a quieter ride? We've got you covered. Our manual cutout, the Stealth Cap, can be seamlessly bolted onto either outlet, allowing you to tailor the sound to your preference. Ingeniously, this cap makes our exhaust quieter compared to other single-outlet options, as it effectively traps sound waves within the capped outlet.

Concerned about airflow? Worry not, especially with the naturally aspirated 900 motor. Capping one side doesn't lead to a drop in horsepower – you'll simply experience a reduction in sound, should you desire it. If you're still looking to minimize noise, the factory spark arrestor (or two if you're not using the Stealth Cap) can be effortlessly inserted without modifications.

But that's not all. The exhaust's amazing sound is fully adjustable with our Stealth Cap, coupled with improved airflow – crucial for dissipating heat generated by the small OEM exhaust outlet. On top of enhancing performance, our exhaust trims an impressive 6 pounds from your machine's weight.

Sound levels: Stock exhaust measures 86 dB, AA with quiet core registers at 92 dB, while wide-open AA produces 96-98 dB. Installation is a breeze into the factory location, and even though the exhaust mounts slightly askew, it appears perfectly straight once fully installed with the plastic rear shield covering.

Unlike our other exhaust models, this one doesn't feature a heat shield, as the OEM plastic covers all but the outlet. Crafted at the AA Facility in the USA from stainless steel, this exhaust showcases precision laser-cut brackets for optimal durability and an appealing appearance. It's sharp corners and outlets seamlessly match the RZR styling, complemented by a hydro blasted finish with a rust inhibitor.

As an added touch, the stainless steel takes on a striking bronze hue that seamlessly complements the stock header. Worried about compatibility? Our exhaust pairs well with the factory tune, although it may run lean in the low to mid-range. To optimize performance, we recommend pairing it with our Level 2 tune.
