Aftermarket Assassins Limiter | 2020+ Pro XP/Turbo R P90X HD Primary Clutch 

Designed to fit 2020-2023 Pro XP/Turbo R models and 2021 RZR Turbo & Turbo S Models, this product is an essential addition to your P90X primary clutch. Addressing a significant issue with the OEM .090" limiter, our solution effectively resolves clutch over shift problems, mitigating belt heat and slip at full shift. The typical outcome of the OEM limiter is a pronounced drop in top speed RPM due to the excessive belt protrusion from the primary and its tight curl around the secondary clutch. With our limiter in place, you'll generally be able to reach the rev limit without experiencing the vehicle bog down.

Full shift, which occurs at higher speeds in the high range and around 35mph in the low range, is significantly improved with this limiter. This particularly benefits those who frequently operate in low range and serves as an effective fix for these clutch systems. Furthermore, this limiter rectifies the over-shift issue that leads to belt contact with the inner clutch cover, thereby preventing belt slip and heat generation.

Installation is straightforward and can be completed in approximately 10-15 minutes. Simply remove the clutch cover, primary clutch bolt, and six bolts from the spring cover, and extract the center shaft depicted in the second image of the provided materials. Depending on our suppliers, the limiter may come in a dark raw metal finish or be zinc plated.

It's worth noting that our prior assertion that this limiter was unnecessary for 2021+ models, citing the presence of a thicker .130" limiter washer, has proven incorrect. After further investigation, we've found that most 2021-23 models, as well as all 2020 models, benefit from this limiter.
