Aftermarket Assassins Billet Wastegate Kit | 2017+ Can-Am X3 Turbo

Introducing our wastegate actuator kits designed to fit all 2017-Up Can-Am X3 turbo models. The standard 5-11psi wastegate kit comes with an adjustable spring, allowing you to set the crack pressure anywhere from 5.5psi to 8psi with the installed spring. Additionally, the kit includes an optional 7-11psi spring, providing a bit more crack pressure for those requiring it, especially at higher altitudes. This setup works exceptionally well for those who need more crack pressure than the OEM wastegate can offer.

The wastegate spring that comes with the actuator kit allows easy adjustment for those running our tunes, which requires the crack pressure to be set at 6.5-8psi. Factory crack pressure is 5.5-6psi for and 7-8psi for 2018+ X3 models. Unlike some others on the market, our 5-11psi actuator kit can be set to a true stock PSI setting, ensuring you don't experience over-boost when setting up your wastegate on a stock X3.

The actuator kit serves as a great replacement for a worn-out wastegate actuator. As springs age and with more run time, they may wear out, leading to a low boost condition, reduced power, and increased heat generation.

For custom applications with higher-pressure tunes, we offer a 7-18psi wastegate kit with a 7-11psi actuator spring and an optional 14-18psi spring. This kit should only be used when the tune is specifically built for the higher-pressure actuator.

The crack pressure adjustment is straightforward, and the installation process is not overly complicated, typically taking 1 to 1.5 hours. The package includes detailed instructions for easy setup.

We highly recommend adding our wastegate pressure pump to properly set up this valve to the correct crack pressure. If you're running AA tunes, please refer to the tune product description, as it will specify the proper crack pressure needed with the tunes (if not listed, 5.5-6psi is the standard).
