Designed to fit 2022-Up RZR Turbo R Models in both 2 and 4-seat configurations, our superior clutch solution is the ultimate choice for a wide range of applications, from trail cruising to high-powered setups. It's the exclusive clutch we trust and use on our own workshop vehicles, and it's effective for stock machines as well as our robust 330-crank horsepower big turbo configuration.

The comprehensive kit features our heavy-duty AA primary clutch, distinguished by its encapsulated tower design – the same design found on 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models. This clutch stands out for its exceptional power retention, durability, and reduced belt slippage. It consistently meets the demands of high-horsepower vehicles and offers superior belt grip, particularly when optimizing for higher RPMs.

Included in the kit are the AA Primary Clutch, Primary Bolt, AA magnetic adjustable clutch weights, weight setup sheet, AA primary spring, custom Primary Limiter, AA secondary spring, and AA Extreme Heavy Duty primary sliders (pre-installed on the clutch). Please note that the clutch does not come assembled, but we offer an assembly option for a slight additional fee.

The installation process involves setting up your weights based on our setup chart, installing the weights and spring, and aligning the cam gears and bottom alternator pulley marks for the top dead center. This process is reversed during assembly. For precise details on installation, please consult your service manual.

The benefits of our S2 recoil clutch kits are truly remarkable. These kits pack a substantial punch, delivering impressive acceleration and clutch response on trails, racetracks, and sand dunes. Whether hammering corners on the trail, climbing dunes, or mudding, you'll experience heightened performance, better RPM control, and improved wheel speed, essential for navigating challenging terrains.

The Turbo R models have struggled with belt grip, which our S2 kits effectively address through a stiffer secondary spring and the right primary weight/spring combination for optimal RPM control. These kits perform excellently with both stock and modified machines, though our S3 clutch kit is better suited for tuned vehicles. Our kits accommodate tire sizes ranging from 32" to 35" and paddles sized 30" to 33".

Notable advantages of our S2 kits include:
- Enhanced power transfer and acceleration
- Cooler belt temperatures, especially with larger tires or paddles
- Longer belt and clutch lifespan
- Efficient power transfer to the wheels
- Improved throttle response on and off the throttle
- Consistent clutch performance
- Easily adjustable if needed
- Slightly higher engagement, still smooth (around 1800-2000 RPM)

Recoil clutch weights feature a custom AA profile and premium nitrocarburizing coating, offering wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and surface lubricity. The magnetic weights allow precise mass placement for optimal performance.

An initial setup guideline is provided to help you find the best setups for dunes, mud, or all-around trail riding. The package also includes brief instructions for installing your clutch kit and other essential information.

Please note the unique characteristics of this clutch:
- The clutch can be slightly louder at idle due to loose spider/slider tolerance until engine RPM increases.
- The primary bolt has a shortened head to clear under the cover.
- The clutch puller from the P90X clutch is required to remove the OEM clutch.
- Special tools needed include Compression Tool #1 and P90X Clutch Puller.
- For alignment issues, our P90X Secondary Clutch Alignment Shim Kit (Part number: 102-1020) can be used.
