Enhance the performance of your 2014-15 RZR XP 1000 with our excellent clutch upgrade! If your stock secondary clutch is worn out beyond repair, replace it with our new replacement TIED clutch, matched with our proprietary spring and helix, customizable to your machine and riding style. This upgrade is perfect for those with a primary clutch in good working order or those who have already upgraded their primary clutch and need a replacement secondary clutch.

The clutch is specifically designed to fit 2014-15 2 & 4 Seat RZR XP 1000 Models, but please note that it will NOT fit 2016+ models. The clutch comes fully assembled, making installation a breeze. Simply remove your worn-out secondary and slide ours on for a seamless upgrade.

This awesome upgrade is suitable for both stock and modified machines, offering wicked throttle response and quicker downshifts. Experience more consistent clutch performance with our TIED clutch. Additionally, you can remove the engine braking in the secondary clutch for more free-wheeling when off the throttle, providing greater control and flexibility.

Enjoy less belt slap on the clutch cover, which significantly improves belt life and longevity, especially beneficial when running larger tires or paddles. The clutch design also ensures cooler running belt temperatures, further enhancing performance and durability.

We offer two clutch kits to cater to different needs: the Standard Load kit, designed for stock or near-stock size tires (28-30"), ideal for most fast-paced trail riders or racers, and the High Load kit, meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger. Please note that mudding and duning require slightly different clutches, but the components for our mud and dune setups (high load) are the same.

You can choose between keeping the Engine Braking (EBS) like factory settings, suitable for slower pace riders in mud, crawling, or very hilly terrain, or removing the Engine Braking for faster-paced trail riders, racers, or dune riders.

The clutch kits include a fully assembled replacement Tied secondary clutch with AA secondary spring and custom cut AA helix. For installation ease, we recommend using the Tied clutch belt removal tool.
