These adapters feature threads that are fully integrated through each threaded bung to ensure maximum holding strength, eliminating concerns about threads not gripping securely. Crafted from robust 1018 hex steel, each tubing adapter is designed for durability and reliability.

Each threaded bung is thoughtfully equipped with a generous weld chamfer and a lead chamfer, making welding within your tubing a hassle-free process. To further aid in distinguishing between left and right-hand threaded tubing bungs, the left-hand threaded bungs are marked with a small identification ring. These adapters are exceptionally well-suited for applications such as four-link bars and hydraulic assist steering.

Pro Tip: When welding, it's important to avoid overheating the tubing adapter, as this can impact the proper fit of your rod end. Ensure that your welder is configured to the correct settings to prevent thread warping. Always double-check the threads before welding the tubing adapter into the tube.
