Our Tubing Hinges are precision CNC machined from robust 1018 steel and feature a durable 1/2" diameter shoulder bolt as the pivot pin. The shoulder bolt is hardened to ensure exceptional wear resistance.

Each tubing hinge is thoughtfully designed with a weld chamfer, ensuring a seamless fit inside your tubing for a perfect weld. These hinges are specifically tailored for 1.50" and 1.75" outer diameter tubing with a sturdy .120" wall thickness.
