Trail Armor High Lifter Full Skid | 2014-23 Sportsman / Scrambler 850 / 1000 XP
These skid plates are constructed from a 1/2" high-density UHMW polymer, offering excellent shock absorption for the bottom of your vehicle. Unlike traditional metal skids, these plastic skids are lightweight and won't dent or rust. They provide reliable protection without adding unnecessary weight.
One of the advantages of Trail Armor's skid plates is their strategically placed drain holes. These holes allow dirt and debris to wash out, eliminating the need to remove the skids for cleaning the undercarriage of your vehicle. This feature ensures easy maintenance and hassle-free upkeep.
The skid plate set comes in jointed sections that cover the full length and breadth of your vehicle, including the front and rear differentials. The skids are designed with engineered mounting brackets to distribute the force of impact around the motor slump, enhancing the overall protection they provide.
Notably, these skid plates are designed to allow access to the tow loop, so it remains uncovered. Additionally, a removable access panel to the oil drain makes maintenance a breeze, simplifying oil changes and other related tasks.
Trail Armor's extended floorboard skids feature angled leading edges, allowing you to navigate over obstacles encountered on the trail smoothly. They also extend all the way to the edge of the footwell, providing protection to this vulnerable area of your vehicle.
The skid plate set includes all the necessary mounting hardware and instructions for installation, ensuring a straightforward process. For specific year and model fitment, you can refer to the "ALSO FITS" chart in the gallery.
By opting for Trail Armor's full skid plate set, you can enjoy reliable under-vehicle protection, peace of mind during off-road adventures, and simplified maintenance for your Polaris Sportsman or Scrambler models.
