Upgrade your 2016 and newer RZR S 1000 or General with our high-quality replacement for the tired BOSS secondary clutch. Our Tied clutch, paired with our custom spring and helix, is fully customizable to match your machine and riding style. The factory BOSS secondary clutch introduced in 2016 is prone to quick wear and various issues, making our Team Tied floating clutch the ideal solution. This clutch design, also found on the 2014-15 XP 1000 and higher-end models, floats on the shaft, ensuring alignment from idle to full shift-out. It offers exceptional durability, longevity, and performance.

Factory secondary clutches tend to fail between 1000-2000 miles, and a failed secondary clutch could potentially damage your primary clutch, leading to trail setbacks. While we offer a roller conversion kit that significantly enhances BOSS secondary performance and lifespan, our replacement Tied clutch provides the ultimate fix. It's perfect for those with a functioning primary clutch or those who have already upgraded their primary clutch.
Fits 2016-Up 2 & 4 Seat S 1000 & General 1000. Our secondary clutch comes professionally set up, ready for easy installation. It features a Team Tied floating design loaded with our performance helix and spring, maintaining alignment throughout the RPM range for cooler belt temperatures and extended belt life.
This upgrade benefits both stock and modified machines, delivering wicked throttle response, quicker downshifts, and more consistent clutch performance. Engine braking in the secondary clutch can be removed for freer coasting when off the throttle. You'll experience less belt slap on the clutch cover, leading to improved belt longevity, especially when running larger tires or paddles.
We offer two clutch kit options:
1. Standard Load: Designed for stock or near-stock size tires (27-30") and suits most fast-paced trail riders or racers.
2. High Load: Meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger. Ideal for high load applications such as mudding and duning.
Engine Braking (EBS) Options:
- Keep Engine Braking: Suitable for slower-paced riders in mud, crawling, or hilly terrain.
- Remove Engine Braking: Preferred by faster-paced trail riders, racers, or dune enthusiasts.
