Flat Tubing Disconnects

Our 1.25-inch diameter tubing disconnects are ideal for enhancing the performance of your SXS bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. They are designed to excel on a wide range of off-road vehicles, including UTVs, Jeeps, tube buggies, and side-by-sides.

At AJK Offroad, our tubing disconnects are engineered for seamless integration near other components, allowing both bolts to start from the same direction. To secure the two pieces together, we utilize two 5/16-18 SHCS (Socket Head Cap Screws). These disconnects are specifically tailored for use with 1.25-inch diameter OD tubing, compatible with .095 or .120 wall DOM tubing.

Our tubing disconnects feature a generous weld chamfer, ensuring a smooth and robust weld to your tubing. Additionally, we have extended the end of the disconnect within the tubing to guarantee proper alignment. These disconnects are precision CNC machined in-house from 1018 steel, ensuring top-notch quality and durability.
