Each Weld on Bump Stop can undergoes precision CNC machining, ensuring heightened accuracy compared to laser cutting methods. Crafted from 2.25" tubing with a .125" wall, it boasts a 2.00" inside diameter. After machining, we expertly weld on the brackets for the socket head cap screws.

Each component is supplied with two ⅜" bolts and two nylon locking nuts for a secure assembly.

Our engineers have developed a simple yet highly effective clamping design, rigorously tested on their own off-road rigs. It fits most 2.0" bump stop cans.

Pro Tip: When welding, be cautious not to overheat the bump stop can, as excessive heat can cause fitting issues. Ensure your welder is configured with the correct settings to prevent warping. Always check that your bump stop fits properly within the can before welding it onto your frame.
