Our Tubing Hinges offer an excellent solution for crafting high-quality doors, tire carriers, or any swinging application. Crafted through precision CNC machining, these tubing hinges are constructed from robust 1018 steel and feature a 1/2" diameter shoulder bolt as the pivot pin, which is heat-treated for exceptional wear resistance.

Each tubing hinge is designed with a well-executed weld chamfer, ensuring a seamless fit inside your tubing for a flawless weld. Moreover, these hinges boast an extended neck, allowing them to be securely plug-welded into the tube at a depth of 1.00 inches.
