Aftermarket Assassins Fuel Pump Assembly with High Flow Pump For 2020+ RZR Pro XP / Turbo R

  • Fits 2020+ Pro XP & Turbo R Models
  • Complete pump assembly is ready to drop in the tank
  • Depending on year, the Pro XP models have a few different fuel tank designs.  We have verified our pump to fit and work well in all models and fuel tanks.
  • Extremely high quality fuel pump is compatible with ethanol mixed fuels up to E-85.  The OEM pump does okay with E85, but it's life is limited.
  • High pressure for big fuel demand with our 255 liter per hour pump is perfect for stock vehicles, and a great add on for modified vehicles to prevent pressure drops.
  • The OEM and our pump are pressure regulated with an internal housing regulator.  Our pump has the correct and high quality regulator for the Pro XP/Turbo R as these models uses a higher fuel pressure than most other Polaris models.
  • Great replacement if you think/know your factory pump is weak or if your current pump is not working
  • Weak fuel pumps normally show a loss of power/peak RPM at wide open throttle.  As they worsen, you may have low and mid range stumbling as well.  Keep in mind sometimes bad fuel pumps send or allow debris to reach the fuel injector inlet screen and the injectors may also need cleaning or replacing.
  • Pump housing is assembled at the AA facility in the USA
  • We highly suggest using a flashlight to look in the tank with the OEM pump removed.  Make sure you do not have any debris in the tank that would cause new pump failure and clean out the tank if need be.
  • This pump has a simple design without a fuel bucket.  Some OEM pump designs for this model have a fuel bucket that fills from an external filter.  The idea behind the bucket design is to keep fuel sloshing down by filling a smaller space around the pump.  This design is complicated and harder to work on.  Since the filter sits vertically in the tank, it also means it will run out of fuel before a non bucket style design.   This is our reason for going to the non-bucket, traditional style design.
  • For proper installation procedure please refer to your service manual.   Installation is easy on these models as the fuel tank is under the passenger seat (or rear passenger seat with 4 seat models).  Most models have to pull the firewall  quick connect firewall panels (1/4 turn fasteners)  to access the pump.  You can then remove the fuel pump retaining ring with our tool, or a screwdriver/hammer.
  • You will need to install the supplied 15 amp fuse in place of the OEM 10amp EFI fuse.
