Deviant Race Parts Heavy Duty High Clearance Radius Arms For 2014 - 2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo / High Lifter

Every UTV should have high clearance radius rods. This kit can be directly bolted on and provides 3" to 3½" of additional ground clearance, making it ideal for off-roading in wooded areas, mud, and rocky terrain. You won't have to worry about weak factory radius arms that may cause problems. These arms are made from 1½" seamless .125" wall DOM tubing, ensuring that they are durable and will last a long time. This set of radius arms may be the only one you'll ever need to purchase.

Deviant's radius arms are a huge upgrade compared to the thin stock radius arms. Constructed from massive 1½" seamless DOM tubing, this should be the last radius arm set you'll need to buy.

Heavy Duty Version - These are Heavy Duty high clearance rods and made out of 1½" Tubing. They are great for harsh riding conditions when your radius rods are likely to be impacted by rocks or debris.  You may also like Deviant Race Parts Standard Radius Rods.

 

Bolt Size - PLEASE READ!  This is reference to the Radius Rods Bolt Diameter based on the year model of your RZR.  

10mm - are used on 2014 to mid 2017 models

12mm - are used on in mid 2017 to current models

• 2017 - If your year model fall in the mid 2017 range, you can determine your bolt size by the socket size that fits the radius rod mounting bolt head. If the socket is 15mm, then you will need a 10mm bolt. If it is a 18mm, then you will need the 12mm bolt. 

 

Location:

• Full Set - The full set option is going to come with all 4 radius rods, both drivers and passenger upper and driver and passenger lowers.
• Upper - The upper set option is going to come with all 2 radius rods, both drivers and passenger upper.
• Lower - The Lower set option is going to come with all 2 radius rods, both driver and passenger lowers.

 

NOTE:  Prior to installation, make sure there is no interference with aftermarket or factory-installed bumpers or items that mount directly to the rear bulkhead.  Also, be sure to coat the Heim Joint threads with Anti-Seize thoroughly.  Please contact us if you have any questions about fitment or installation.
