Keep the heat in your turbo, not your cab!

Anyone that has ridden in an RZR has seen the turbos glowing bright red on these machines even after a light ride. We felt that the factory heat shields left much to be desired on the RZRs. 

We designed an actual turbine, manifold, and exhaust tube blanket custom to the factory unit. The blanket is retained on the turbocharger using the factory heat shield bolts, and some added spring tabs making it a nice snug fit. The blanket drastically reduces the radiant heat in front of the turbo. Instead of all the heat getting out and cooking everything around the turbo it's held inside where it's supposed to be. After installing the blanket you will notice the in-cab heat is little to nothing.
