To further enhance its performance, Deviant's brace features an additional gusset plate that securely connects the brace to the front bulkhead, as it should have been originally designed by the factory. Unlike the factory-style shock mounting, which is prone to single shear and places most of the shock pressure on the side of the mounting bolt, our gusset plate transforms the mount into a double-shear configuration. This significant improvement greatly enhances its strength and resilience.
