randomly.  To make matters worse the OEM tensioner has a weep hole so it looses tension when you shut off the motor.  The engine noise you hear when you start your motor that goes away after a few seconds is the slack in your timing chain making noise while the tensioner is priming.  When the tensioner fails it causes your timing chain to come off or jump teeth causing the piston to hit the valves which results in catastrophic failure.  If this happens it will require a complete engine rebuild which will cost thousands of dollars.  Additionally, If you roll or flip your RZR there is a application.  First select a location on the top side of the A Arm bushing housing and drill a hole.  Be sure to drill the hole in the center of the housing and that as the A Arm rotates it isn't in a location that it can impact the frame (see photo).  It may help to use a punch to mark the spot first as drilling on a rounded surface can be difficult and this will help the drill bit avoid slipping.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNext use the tap and slowly tap the hole.  It may be beneficial to use a penetrating oil such as WD-40 or equivalent.  Once the hole is tapped, clean the hole and bushings housing thoroughly with brake cleaner and an air hose.  Then simply screw in the new grease zerk fittings and tighten them bushing housing with a layer of grease.  Then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the bushings in each end\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e, being sure the O-ring is facing the outside\u003c\/span\u003e.  Finally gently drive the pin through the center.  If a rubber mallet is not available you may use a vice with blocks of wood on each side to keep from damaging the bushing, then gently press the bushing in.  When installing back on the machine be sure to apply grease or anti-seize to the bolts allowing for easy removal in the future as well as to keep them from squeaking housing and drill a hole.  Be sure to drill the hole in the center of the housing and that as the A Arm rotates it isn't in a location that it can impact the frame (see photo).  It may help to use a punch to mark the spot first as drilling on a rounded surface can be difficult and this will help the drill bit avoid slipping.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNext use the tap and slowly tap the hole.  It may be beneficial to use a penetrating oil such as WD-40 or equivalent.  Once the hole is tapped, clean the hole and bushings housing thoroughly with brake cleaner and an air hose.  Then simply screw in the new grease zerk fittings and tighten them down.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: install the grease zerk fitting.  Once the grease zerk fitting is installed in the A Arm, use a quality grease (see recommendations below) and coat the bushing as well as the inside of the A Arm bushing housing with a layer of grease.  Then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the bushings in each end\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e, being sure the O-ring is facing the outside\u003c\/span\u003e.  Finally gently drive the pin through the center.  If a rubber mallet is not available you may use a vice with blocks of wood on each side to keep from damaging the bushing, then gently press the bushing in.  When installing back on the machine be sure to apply grease or anti-seize to the bolts allowing for easy removal in the future as well as to keep them from squeaking while in use.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the bushings are properly installed, proceeded to use a grease gun connected to the grease zerk fittings to pump grease into the bushing.  You should pump grease until you feel resistance and then stop, do not force grease in after you begin to feel resistance as this could damage the O-ring seals.  You should try to pump grease into the grease
