application.  First select a location on the top side of the A Arm bushing housing and drill a hole.  Be sure to drill the hole in the center of the housing and that as the A Arm rotates it isn't in a location that it can impact the frame (see photo).  It may help to use a punch to mark the spot first as drilling on a rounded surface can be difficult and this will help the drill bit avoid slipping.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNext use the tap and slowly tap the hole.  It may be beneficial to use a penetrating oil such as WD-40 or equivalent.  Once the hole is tapped, clean the hole and bushings housing thoroughly with brake cleaner and an air hose.  Then simply screw in the new grease zerk fittings and tighten them install the grease zerk fitting.  Once the grease zerk fitting is installed in the A Arm, use a quality grease (see recommendations below) and coat the bushing as well as the inside of the A Arm bushing housing with a layer of grease.  Then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the bushings in each end.  Finally gently drive the pin through the center.  If a rubber mallet is not available you may use a vice with blocks of wood on each side to keep from damaging the bushing, then gently press the bushing in.  When installing back on the machine be sure to apply grease or anti-seize to the bolts allowing for easy removal in the future as well as to keep them from squeaking while in use.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the bushings are properly installed, proceeded to use a grease gun connected to the grease zerk fittings to pump grease into the bushing.  You should pump grease until you feel resistance and then stop, do not force grease in after you begin to feel resistance as this could damage the O-ring seals.  You should try to pump grease into the grease zerk fitting at each maintenance interval but after the initial installation they should not take much, if any We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, and spent many hours testing different setups in the real world.  We know you'll be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!   Fits all 2016-Up RZR 900 Trail, XC, and S models If you have a 2015 model, please message or call us as we have a few different clutching options for you Big horsepower gains!  As you probably know, the 900 RZR motor for 2015-Up is very de-tuned from the factory.  The throttle is limited by only allowing so much air to enter the motor before it closes throttle to see the acceptable amount.  These limits are hard to break, especially all the way to redline.  Many other tunes will open the throttle a little more at first, but then still close when you get over 8000 RPM.  This is why it's important to see a dyno sheet or data log run up to top speed where it will eventually hit the rev limit.  If power or throttle tapers off, you know the tune is not as good as ours.  That being said, horsepower gains depend on air conditions such as temperature and altitude.  If you have less air to start with such as in very hot temps, or at higher altitudes, your throttle will open more (with the stock tune) than those in low altitude or colder temps.  Basically, no matter where or what temperature you ride in the stock machine will make the claimed 75 HP to the crank.   Now lets say we are dynoing at low altitude on a cold Minnesota day of 10 degrees.  We load this tune in for 100% throttle no matter what, now we can make huge horsepower... up to 95 crank HP.  Take that same machine and go to Florida with some nice hot sticky summer weather.  We might only make 85 crank HP.  Point of the story is that on this particular model, your horsepower gains vary depending on temp and altitude.  No matter what, we promise you will notice a huge gain and not even be close to a stock 900.  Average gains for low altitude riding in 50-70 degree weather will be around 15 HP.  We guarantee no one else is making any more power than our tune, despite claims of higher horsepower which were made in colder temps.   MUCH quicker throttle response and power delivery Throttle by wire limiters disabled - 100% throttle! The AA slip-on exhaust is just what your machine needs to complete our Stage 2 Lock \u0026amp; Load kit!  We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great and has adjustable sound levels.  Big horsepower gains!  As you probably know, the 900 RZR motor for 2015-Up is very de-tuned from the factory.  The throttle is limited by only allowing so much air to enter the motor before it closes throttle to see the acceptable amount.  These limits are hard to break, especially all the way to redline.  Many other tunes will open the throttle a little more at first, but then still close when you get over 8000 RPM.  This is why it's important to see a dyno sheet or data log run up to top speed where it will eventually hit the rev limit.  If power or throttle tapers off, you know the tune is not as good as ours.  That being said, horsepower gains depend on air conditions such as temperature and altitude.  If you have less air to start with such as in very hot temps, or at higher altitudes, your throttle will open more (with the stock tune) than those in low altitude or colder temps.  Basically, no matter where or what temperature you ride in the stock machine will make the claimed 75 HP to the crank.   Now lets say we dyno at low altitude on a cold Minnesota day of 10 degrees Fahrenheit.  We load this tune in for 100% throttle no matter what, now we can make huge horsepower... up to 95 crank HP.  Take that same machine and go to Florida with some nice hot sticky summer weather and we might only make 85 crank HP.  Point of the story is that on this particular model, your horsepower gains vary depending on temp and altitude.  No matter what, we promise you will notice a huge gain and not even be close to a stock 900.  Average gains for low altitude riding in 50-70 degree weather will be around 15 HP.  We guarantee no one else is making any more power than our tune, despite claims of higher horsepower which were made in colder temps. Select your clutch kit. 2016-Up models have the options for stock load (stock or 28\" tires) or high load (29\" + tires) and to keep or remove engine braking. Other maps take their time to hit peak timing numbers which really hurts performance. Our map gets you into peak timing quicker, so max power seems more instant. We also have a great fuel curve that is designed to go with our timing curve, and offers better fueling for more power at WOT.  We also do some work with torque limiters as in the dirt we saw throttle closures when spinning the tires. Our map fixes that issue giving you 100% locked power delivery.  We also do the easy things like up the speed limiter to where you will never hit, disable 2 foot limiters, disable seatbelt limiters \u0026amp; more. Basically, this is the all out tune that has all the features you want built right into it.  To help better transfer the power gained to the wheels and to achieve proper peak RPM, this kit includes our Stage 2 clutch kit with the base price.
